Drivers Auto advertise coupons for state inspection but never honor it. These coupons were periodically mailed to my home. When my state inspection was due I took my car 2 times to their facility in Sugarland, but they said their machine is not working. The next time I called and asked if they can do a state inspection, they asked me to come in and that their machine was working. When I presented... Read more

What the gentleman said above is so true. They have their hourly employees clock out when business is slow, which is illegal since they are are still on the job. They also have mechanics doing oil changes and state inspections, so they can send home other employees. The mechanics are not being paid for this work. The worst part is their supposed full time employees are getting 28-34 hours. This... Read more

I took my Hyundai Tucson 2013 (22876 miles) for regular servicing at 5959 FM 1463, Katy, TX on 05/29/2015. I presented a coupon from a five pack redemption card. The car was taken in after waiting for 45 minutes. On completion, I was presented with a bill for $276 plus. When asked, I was told that they had serviced/changed the coolant system and brake system fluids. Since I was not informed... Read more

2013: Had an appointment for inspection on my car. The worker never showed up so I had to reschedule after taking off from work that day. 2014: During inspection, was told by Driver's that rear brake pads on my car had 20% pad left. Took it to Nissan dealership and they said there was 50% all around. Nov. 2014: Husband took truck for oil change and tire rotation. He marked the tire to check, and... Read more

I took my car in for the inspection this Wednesday (3/4/15) and because the "check engine light" is on. It's an old 2005 Jaguar but well maintained. My car has been with them now for 3 days and the price just keeps rising. Ranges between needing a new gas cap to 2 fuel pump assemblies and so on. I just had a new fuel pump installed last fall but overfilled the gar with gas because the sensor... Read more

After tell me that my extended warranty covered everything and doing all the work, I paid my deductible just to receive a call stating I needed to come back and pay a balance that the warranty company didn't pay. Horrible!!!! Why call me after you've done the work. Should have made sure I knew before you did the work. Not call me when you find out you messed up and then expect me to pay. Add comment

I just used the last of my 5 oil change coupon that I purchased last year. As usual, they had a laundry list of issues with my car. This time it was motor mounts that needed to be replaced and the rear disk pads were nearly worn out. Sad thing is the rear disk pads were just replaced 4 months ago at the Nissan dealer when I was in for a transmission flush. I was a Drivers customer for over 2... Read more

I came to this location to get my inspection and oil change done. The inspection failed, I fixed my car and called back the next day. They said their inspection machine was broken. I explained I work at a hospital and have limited days to get it fixed under the 15 day retest period. I calmly explained my situation and after talking for 1 minute the man Eduardo hung up on me. I called every... Read more
